Promoting the work of our studio through international events is always both a privilege and a valuable opportunity for professional exchange. From June 12–14, 2024, Vesa Architects participated in the Real Estate Fair organized by Klik Ekspo Group, the first event of its kind in Albania dedicated entirely to the real estate sector.
The fair brought together investors, developers, architects, and professionals from both the local and international markets, creating an important platform for dialogue and collaboration. Through our participation, Vesa Architects had the opportunity to present its work within an international context, while establishing new connections and exchanging valuable insights with both Albanian and foreign investors.
The B2B meetings and presentations held during the event provided an excellent occasion to introduce a selection of projects developed by our studio and to share our design vision in relation to contemporary property development. These moments of direct interaction allowed us to highlight the role of architecture not only as a design discipline, but also as a strategic component in the development and transformation of property and urban space.
With more than a decade of professional experience in designing buildings of different typologies, our studio has developed extensive expertise in both the technical and legal aspects of property development. This includes a comprehensive understanding of planning procedures, building permits, and the implementation processes that accompany architectural projects from their conceptual phase to construction.
An essential role in the realization of many of our projects has been played by our trusted implementation partners, DEN LED sh.p.k, whose technical precision and professional reliability have ensured the accurate execution of design solutions and construction processes.
Participation in events such as this fair represents an important opportunity not only to present our work, but also to strengthen collaborations and contribute to the evolving dialogue between architecture, investment, and the development of contemporary living environments.
